1. Order Processing Time
- 365-Day Processing: All orders are processed within 1 calendar day, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Daily Dispatch: Orders are dispatched the next day after the order is placed, every day of the year.
- Royal Mail Operations: Please note that while we dispatch every day, Royal Mail does not collect or deliver on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.
- Delivery Expectations: Any orders dispatched on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be accepted into the Royal Mail network on their next working day.
2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
- Cost: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the UK.
- Carrier: All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail.
- Delivery Aim: Once dispatched, Royal Mail typically delivers within 1–3 working days (Monday to Saturday).
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International services.
- Shipping Rates: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on current Royal Mail shipping tariffs and your location.

- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Modern Wrist is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
- If your chosen international service includes tracking, your tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages & Lost Parcels
- Modern Wrist is responsible for your order until it is successfully delivered to your address.
- If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address] with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
